Claiming a Parking Spot

Go to the parking calendar and choose a day that you need a parking space.

If that day already has a red number in it, then that is the parking spot already allocated to you.

A green dot indicates that there is an available parking spot on that particular day.

A parking spot can be claimed by touching the green dot on a particular day and a message will appear on your screen stating, “Claim Parking Spot (1 credit)”. After confirming that you want the spot, by touching the message on your screen, you will be allocated a spot and a message will appear telling you what spot you have been allocated. After pressing “Okay”, your parking calendar will be updated.

The number of credits in the top right-hand corner of the screen indicates the number of parking spaces that you can claim : one credit equals one days parking. When a parking spot is claimed the number of credits will reduce by 1.

Please note that you cannot claim a parking spot if you do not have any credits. However, there is an exception to this rule when parking spaces are claimed on the current day, in which case, no credits are required.
